LNS Trade, located in France, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its website visitors and customers. This policy describes the information we may collect when you visit the LNS Trade website and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.
Information we collect

Trade newsletter
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address, language and signup page, along with the date and version of your agreement to receive our product news and trade offers. These subscriptions are stored separately from pricing enquiries. You can withdraw your agreement by writing to info@lnstrade.fr.
Your participation in the invitation test, its display and your dismissal choice are remembered in your browser’s session storage for the lifetime of the tab. Analytics events for this invitation do not contain your email address.
Website visit statistics
We store IP addresses, browser information, visited pages, visit times and advertising source or campaign parameters on our servers. Our administrators use this information to review website traffic and navigation history. Sessions are estimated using the IP address and browser, without adding a cookie. URL parameters other than the source, medium and campaign name are not retained by this tracking system.
To display an approximate IP location in our administration area, the IP address is sent to the IP-API service. The result, including the country, city and network information, is cached for seven days.
When you submit a contact form, your IP address and estimated country are also stored with your enquiry to help our sales team handle it. When the enquiry is transferred to our HubSpot customer management tool, the estimated country is included with the contact details and form message.
The visit session’s source, medium and campaign are also associated with the enquiry when available, so our administrators can identify where contacts came from.
Disclosure of your information
We do not sell, trade or rent users’ personal identification information to others. We may share aggregated demographic information that is not linked to personal identification information with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes described above.
Data security
We implement security measures when a user enters, submits or accesses information in order to protect personal data.

We publish any changes to our privacy policy on this page. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page.
